<Collaboration between domestic and overseas cities in 2024>
Currently, as part of promoting cooperation between cities and corporations, RCUG is in discussions with these cities to construct overseas renewable energy facilities by excavating and reclaiming urban landfills for methane gas extraction and subsequent power plant construction, as well as creating sports complex & parks .
<Purpose and Expected Effects>
- Effectively achieving two goals: resolving environmental issues through electricity production from waste and expanding energy supply.
- Promoting advanced Korean technology in the renewable energy sector and expanding market share in overseas markets.
